Ningbo Polytechnic College Chorus

Founded in October 2000 and led by Xiaoguan Hu, Conductor, the Ningbo Polytechnic College Chorus is well-known both in the province and throughout the entire country. The Chorus is widely recognized for its excellence, in particular among China's universities and colleges.
In addition to performing a variety of choral music, the mission of the Chorus includes enriching the cultural life of the students, educating both musicians and audiences through its music, and promoting arts on campus. Already in its first decade of existence, the Chorus has won gold in the Ningbo Choir Competition, first place in the Ningbo University Choir Competition as well as an award for excellence in the National College Choir Competition.
