Chengdu Jinguanxincheng Primary School „Green Pigeon“ Treble Choir

Chengdu City Jinguanxincheng Primary School "Green Pigeon" Treble Choir was founded in 2002. Now there are 50 formal members and 30 prospective members. The director of Sichuan Province Choral Association, Member of International Choral Association, former vice president of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, Professor Li Xilin serves as art consultant. Li Junxia, excellent teacher of Sichuan Province, serves as art director. Gao Min, senior teacher of primary school music, serves as the chorus conductor, Shi Jia, the outstanding young teacher, is the piano accompanist.
"Green Pigeon" Treble Choir is rooted in the Chinese national music culture and absorbs actively the World music essence, strives to pursuit and realize Chinese and Western art of singing. In the last ten years, with the unremitting efforts of the teachers and the students, "Green Pigeon" chorus got excellent results frequently in national, province and city vocal and choral competitions. At the same time, the choir singing is often heard at all levels of Public welfare activities in the province, as well as in the city. With the mellow and graceful, harmonious and fine voice, they have won the high Evaluation by the experts.
Once German musician Wagner said: "Music is collective and communal, to bring and bind people together." The Treble Choir of Chengdu Jinguanxincheng Primary School "Green Pigeon" flies freely in the vast sky of art with its elegant, confident and glories attitude.

Gao Min

Artistic leader and conductor

Miss Gao Min, born in 1972, senior Music teacher of Primary School. The Treble Chorus “On Wings of Singing” conducted by her has won the first Prize in Sichuan Province. “The dream of a paper boot” has won the second Prize in Sichuan Province. “Kid of Montain” “Mama, I am back” won the first Prize in Chengdu City. “Paradise of love”, composed by her has won the third Prize in China.
On the stage, with her high sensitivity and the good music knowledge, rigorous and natural conductor gestures, warm, implicitly vivid emotions, Gao Min leads the choir to show a variety and luxuriant Musical styles.
