ENSEMBLES 2012
Zhuhai Zijing Middle School Treble Choir
Zhuhai Zijing Middle School Treble Choir was founded in 2010. It is a young and vigorous Choir, which consists of students from year 7-9. The choir has been undergoing steady progress with the support from school.
The choir keeps in doing weekly routine training. While at the beginning, there were only several students doing some simple practice, now the band can carry out the multiple voices chorus with no accompaniment.
With the concept of “Good education makes excellent talents”, the choir pays special attention to developing the students’ teamwork spirit and comprehensive art quality in daily management and training. Most of our new members came to us without enough confidence, while after some time of training; they will get involved into the choirs and fully enjoy the fun of music.
The choir often takes part in different kinds of performances held inside and outside school, which creates more opportunities for students to show their talent and gain more practice. What’s more, the choir has won a lot of awards in China.
Nowadays, there are more than 60 members taking part in the daily training activities. With more and more students joining the chorus, the chorus can play more various kinds of music. The chorus has become a bright name card of Zijing Middle School both in the overall artistic temperament and the singing level.
